pomeranians for the first time. Below you will find a list of supplies
that you should have on hand before the puppies are born.
- A playpen
- Heating pad
- Pillowcases (for the heating pad)
- Baby blankets
- Scissors
- Rubbing alcohol (for scissors and hands)
- Baby bottles
- Rubber nipples (small) (with holes in them)
- Paper towels
- Thermometer
- Nutra-cal
- Puppy Supplement Milk (for both the mother and babies)
- Scale (weighs in ounces) (needs to be anchored down, both
scale and cup)
- Ear syringe
- Birthing Pads
- Anti-bacterial soap (for hands)
- Dental Floss or thread (to tie the umbilical cord if it
continues to bleed)
- Needle-nose forceps (to clamp down on the umbilical cord
for a few seconds)
- Baby aspirin
- Calcium tablets (from a vet because they are better
quality)
- Stethoscope (for listening to puppies heart beats)
